Als je niet tevreden bent met je aankoop, zijn we er om je te helpen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-return-eligibility\">1. Terugkeergerechtigdheid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U kunt een retourzending aanvragen binnen <strong>14 dagen<\/strong> na ontvangst van je bestelling.<br>Als je niet tevreden bent - zelfs nadat je het product hebt geopend - bieden we een <strong>30 dagen tevredenheidsgarantie<\/strong> op geselecteerde artikelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Om in aanmerking te komen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het artikel moet in de originele verpakking zitten (voor ongeopende retourzendingen).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je moet een aankoopbewijs overleggen (bestelnummer of bevestigingsmail).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-how-to-request-a-return\">2. Hoe vraag ik een retourzending aan?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Om de retourprocedure te starten, stuurt u een e-mail naar ons ondersteuningsteam:<br>\ud83d\udce7 <strong><a>contact@phytoiva.eu<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vermeld:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je volledige naam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bestelnummer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reden voor terugkeer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Of het item ongeopend is of geopend maar onbevredigend<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We nemen binnen 1-2 werkdagen contact met je op met instructies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-refunds\">3. Terugbetalingen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zodra we je artikel hebben ontvangen (of hebben bevestigd dat je voor retournering in aanmerking komt), zullen we:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De retourzending inspecteren en goedkeuren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Betaal binnen 5-7 werkdagen terug naar je oorspronkelijke betaalmethode<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Opmerking:<\/strong><br>Verzendkosten worden niet gerestitueerd. Restituties zijn alleen van toepassing op de productkosten, tenzij de retourzending het gevolg is van een fout van onze kant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-return-shipping\">4. Terugsturen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Klanten zijn verantwoordelijk voor de verzendkosten tenzij het product defect of onjuist was.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We raden aan een traceerbare verzendmethode te gebruiken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-non-returnable-items\">5. Niet-retourneerbare artikelen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cadeaubonnen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uitverkoopartikelen gemarkeerd als definitief<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geopende producten teruggestuurd na 30 dagen (tenzij gedekt door tevredenheidsgarantie)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-damaged-or-incorrect-items\">6. Beschadigde of onjuiste artikelen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je artikel beschadigd is aangekomen of als je het verkeerde product hebt ontvangen, neem dan onmiddellijk contact met ons op via <strong><a>contact@phytoiva.eu<\/a><\/strong> met een foto. We maken het zo snel mogelijk in orde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-your-rights\">7. Uw rechten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit beleid voldoet aan de EU-richtlijn betreffende consumentenrechten.
