1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you’re not satisfied — even after opening the product — we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on select items.
To be eligible:
- The item must be in its original packaging (for unopened returns).
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
2. How to Request a Return
To start the return process, email our support team at:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Whether the item is unopened or opened but unsatisfactory
We’ll get back to you with instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item (or confirm return eligibility), we will:
- Inspect and approve the return
- Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to product cost unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked as final
- Opened products returned after 30 days (unless covered by satisfaction guarantee)
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@phytoiva.eu with a photo. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
